OpenLabs LLC operates Cre8te and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

When you subscribe we collect your name, email address and billing details. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — they never pass through or rest on Cre8te servers. We also collect the footage and briefs you send us in order to do the work.

How we use it

To provide the editing service, to process your subscription payments, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your footage to train machine learning models.

Who we share it with

Stripe for payment processing, and the editor assigned to your account. Both are bound to confidentiality. We do not share your footage or brand materials with anyone else without your written permission.

How long we keep it

Project files are retained for 90 days after delivery so you can request re-exports, then deleted on request. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cre8te.co and we will respond within 30 days.
